Are the prints sold framed or unframed?

We offer both Print Only and Framed Art Prints, with frames available in Black, Natural, and White Wood.

The Wood ArtBox is a Framed Art creation.


Can I order a Framed Print without a Passe-Partout?

Yes, you can. Please purchase the Framed Print you want and send us a message after checkout, asking not to include the Passe-Partout.


Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Yes, we do. Custom orders usually involve larger sizes or special printing techniques. If you have a specific requirement, please send us a message with the Art Print you wish to purchase and your specific needs.


Can I order two different frames for a set of two prints?

Yes, you can. After confirming your purchase by choosing the desired size and one of the frames available (Black, Natural, White), please send us a message asking for the two frame colors you're interested in.


Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our professional printing labs in Germany or the USA. We exclusively work with express shipping partners such as UPS, FedEx/TnT, and DHL to bring fast delivery to your home.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For Art Prints and Vintage Prints, shipping to the US takes 3 to 5 business days, to Canada 4 to 6 business days, to the UK and Europe 4 to 6 business days, and to the rest of the world 10 to 15 business days.

For City Posters, shipping to the US takes 3 to 5 business days, to Canada 7 to 15 business days, to Europe 10 to 15 business days, and to the rest of the world 10 to 15 business days. We work exclusively with express shipping partners: UPS, FedEx, and DHL.


What payment options does Frozen Sailor accept?

Where Can I Hang My Wood Art Box or Art Print?

There's no perfectly suited answer to this question, as it depends on your apartment or house room layout, the wall, lighting, and personal tastes.

What's the Point of Planting Trees?

At Frozen Sailor, we believe that every human being has a universal responsibility to Earth, our home, as well as society.

That's why we launched a Tree Fundraising in November 2019, planting trees directly or indirectly in different countries in Latin America and Asia. By purchasing a Fine Art Print or Unique Object, a tree will be planted, or you can donate through the Good Page on our website.
